One was Cheryl who lived about 2 miles from me, we attended the same church, school, cheered together, completed for 1 and 2 chair flute with each other, went off to college together(although our sophomore year took us both to different colleges). SHE has lived in Thailand for the last 20 years with her husband. I could not attend her wedding as I was due with my first child (and lived in TX, she in MN where we all grew up). We have two children the exact same age and they have just enjoyed their first year with their adopted Thai son. Although it has been 20 years of only seeing each other on furloughs for her we still remain close and to this day she (and the rest of that gang) are among my closest friends. The miles that seperate good friends are so difficult some days but thank heavens for all the technolgy that we now have. Maybe our dear friends will cross paths one day in Thailand..who knows??:)Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10997055352511655162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5116585303804523937.post-66343413357168824902012-01-22T16:43:49.230-06:002012-01-22T16:43:49.230-06:00Love this Hilary!
